Foundation Steel to provide the structural steel erection with joists, decking, framing, and bracing with Ironworker Local 172.
Renovation and expansion of an existing 28,000-square-foot, two-story office building into 60,000-square-foot police and court facility for Westerville Division of Police. The new space will combine all the bureaus of the WPD including Mayor’s Court, Investigations, and Emergency Communications (9-1-1), which are currently located at three separate locations. The new facility includes a new shooting range with state-of-the-art targeting systems, jail holding cells, evidence lock-up areas, community rooms, training space for police officers, and a front entry with a stone veneer.
